To File a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Bausch Health Companies has partnered with NAVEX, a leading provider of ethics and compliance hotline services, to provide a confidential way for employees to ask questions, raise concerns and report misconduct.

You should know that Bausch Health Companies takes these reports seriously, and you are encouraged to provide your contact information to ensure that appropriate follow-up and/or investigation can occur. When reporting misconduct, keep in mind that the more information you provide, the more likely it is that an investigation will yield accurate results. Your report will never be sent to an individual who is implicated, regardless of their position in the Company.

While it may be impossible to guarantee complete anonymity under certain circumstances, every effort will be made to maintain the highest level of confidentiality possible.

Important Reminder: Bausch Health Companies strictly prohibits retaliation of any kind against individuals who ask questions, raise concerns or make good faith reports of misconduct. Anyone who suspects retaliation should contact the Chief Compliance Officer immediately.
